Xiao Luo

Xiao Luo, joined Cameron House as a Youth Development Specialist to support after-school programs and engage with youth in a positive environment. She is passionate about working with immigrant and Asian American communities, believing in the power of education and mentorship to empower young people.

Before joining Cameron House, Xiao was involved in community outreach and advocacy, particularly in bilingual engagement and youth development. She enjoys creating welcome spaces for youth to learn, grow, and build confidence.

Outside of work, Xiao enjoys baking, drawing, dancing, and watching classic TVB dramas. She looks forward to building meaningful connections with the youth at Cameron House and fostering a space where they can thrive.
