Hermia Lee
Director of Counseling Services
Hermia Lee– MSocSc, came to San Francisco from Hong Kong and has since made the city her home. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, Ms. Lee brings over a decade of experience supporting university students through counseling, academic advising, and student services. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and is passionate about empowering individuals and fostering personal growth.
Throughout her career, Ms. Lee has worked as a counselor in both educational and community settings. She also served with the San Francisco City and County Family and Children’s Services, where she supported children and families through critical life challenges.
Ms. Lee is inspired by the mission and values of Cameron House and the powerful stories of resilience, growth, and belonging within the community. She feels honored to be part of an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families while strengthening the broader community.
In her leisure time, Ms. Lee enjoys swimming and hiking, finding energy and peace in nature. She also values traveling and volunteering as ways to explore cultures, connect with people and give back.
